TrackMax Service Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Overview

TrackMax provides a web-based investment contribution tracking service for Canadian investors. Our service helps you track TFSA, FHSA, RESP, and RRSP contributions to avoid overcontributions and maintain compliance with CRA regulations.

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment and account creation, you will receive:

  • Immediate access to the TrackMax web application
  • Secure cloud storage for your contribution data
  • Real-time tracking of your investment limits
  • Email notifications for important contribution dates
  • Customer support via email

3. Service Availability

TrackMax is designed to be available 24/7 with minimal downtime. We maintain 99.9% uptime and will provide advance notice for any scheduled maintenance. Service interruptions due to maintenance are typically scheduled during low-usage hours.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

  • Full refund within 14 days of initial subscription
  • No questions asked - if TrackMax isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • After 14 days, no refunds are provided for monthly/annual subscriptions

Note: Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Subscription Management

You have full control over your subscription:

  • Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No cancellation fees or penalties

6. Data Access and Export

You can access and export your data at any time:

  • Download your contribution data in CSV format
  • Access your account information through the web app
  • Request data deletion upon account cancellation
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes

7. Customer Support

We provide comprehensive customer support:

  • Email support at support@trackmax.ca
  • Response time: Within 24 hours during business days
  • Help documentation and guides within the app
  • Account setup assistance for new users

8. Service Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

  • TrackMax does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations
  • We do not connect to or access your bank accounts or CRA records
  • All contribution data must be manually entered by you
  • We are not responsible for CRA compliance or tax filing
  • Service is intended for Canadian residents only

9. Billing and Payment

Payment processing and billing:

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Monthly and annual billing cycles available
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Payment methods: Credit cards and debit cards
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

10. Changes to Service

We may update our service and pricing from time to time:

  • 30 days advance notice for significant changes
  • Existing subscribers will be notified via email
  • Price changes will not affect current billing period
  • New features are included at no additional cost
